Delete My Account

This page lets you ask DAOUDY SOLUTION LLC to delete your account and the personal data attached to it, in any of our applications or on this website. You do not need to be signed in to use it, and you do not need the application installed.

How to make the request

Send an email to contact@daoudysolution.com with the subject Account deletion request, and include:

the name of the application or service concerned;
the email address or username the account is registered under;
whether you want the whole account deleted, or only certain data.

Send it from the address the account uses if you can — it lets us confirm the request is yours without asking you for anything further. If you cannot, we will ask you one verification question before we act, so that nobody can delete someone else’s account.

What happens next

We acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
We complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming your identity, and usually much sooner.
We write to you to confirm once it is done.
The request is free, and you do not have to give a reason.

What is deleted

Your account and its login credentials.
Your profile information and preferences held on our side.
Content you saved to your account, such as playlists, favourites and settings.
Any crash or usage records that can be linked back to your account.

Data that an application keeps only on your own device is not held by us and cannot be deleted through this page. Uninstalling the application, or clearing its storage in your device settings, removes it.

What we have to keep, and for how long

A small amount of information survives deletion because the law requires it or because we need it to defend a legal claim. It is never used to contact you or to build a profile.

Transaction and invoicing records, where you have paid us — kept for the period required by tax and accounting law.
Records of the deletion request itself — kept for 24 months, so we can show that we acted on it.
Security and abuse records, where an account was involved in fraud or abuse — kept for 24 months.

Everything else is erased. Backups are rotated on a rolling schedule and any residual copy is overwritten within 90 days.

If you change your mind

Tell us before the deletion is carried out and we will stop it. Once it is done it cannot be undone — the data no longer exists, and creating a new account will not restore it.
