DAOUDY SOLUTION LLC is led by Mohammed Bendaoud, Founder & Managing Director. He is your direct point of contact from the first conversation through to the monthly report — there is no account handler between you and the person responsible for the work.
Where a project needs a specialist — a designer for a brand system, a developer for a complex store integration — we bring one in under a confidentiality agreement, and you are told who they are and what they are doing. We would rather be a small company that is honest about its size than a large one that is vague about who is behind the work.
This is also why our support commitment is six days a week rather than a claim of round-the-clock coverage we could not honour. Office hours are Monday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM, and messages sent outside them are answered when we open.
